Terms of Use - Workflow Kit

1. Access and Accounts

To access certain parts of the platform, including documentation and downloads, you must create an account using our authentication provider, Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the platform unless explicitly permitted by a license
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
Use the platform to build or distribute products that replicate its core functionality in a competing way

3. Licensing and Downloads

Access to certain codebases or downloadable resources, such as Workflow Kit, is subject to a paid license. Payments are processed securely by Polar.

Your use of licensed material is governed by the specific license associated with it. Unless otherwise stated:

You may use the code for internal, commercial use
You may not redistribute the code or use it to build tools that allow others to build workflows visually
Each client organization must have its own license if using the code directly

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Polar. Because access to licensed code is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to the documentation, UI, code, and branding, is the property of Formity Labs LLC and may not be used without permission unless otherwise allowed under a specific license.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also request to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
